Hands of Love Ministry is a Central Illinois-based non-profit evangelistic outreach organization founded in 1998 by D. Scott & Rachel Kramer. To put it in the simplest of terms, we are a gospel music ministry. Our staff provides administrative, technical and production support to our ministry teams. Our groups minister throughout the Midwest and also host several fixed-venue events each year. Additionally, for 15 seasons now, we've hosted the popular RiverLife Gospel Music Cruises aboard The Spirit of Peoria. Our groups are available for concerts, banquets, outreach events and various speaking events. Hands of Love is an official 501(c) 3 non-profit organization and is incorporated in the state of Illinois.

Our board consists of the following members:
Jim Lewis (Vice President & Chairman of the Board), Tom Tincher, Dan Vonachen, Alice Grieves, Doug Harford and Helen Modjeska.

While being a support-based ministry, over the past twelve years, Hands of Love has developed into a
multi-faceted organization with several ministry “arms.”

Hands of Love Ministry represents:
